Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and keep communication flowing smoothly.
• Guide patients through billing, procedures, policies, and services.
• Prepare charts ahead of appointments and ensure everything is ready for a seamless visit.
• Manage checkout by verifying information, collecting payments, and completing accurate documentation.
• Handle insurance verifications, authorizations, and referrals with attention to detail.
