Davis Eye Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to facilitate communication between patients, doctors, and staff. You will verify insurance, obtain pre-authorizations, check patients in/out, schedule appointments, and assist with billing and documentation in the EHR system.

The role supports a professional medical office environment, with responsibilities across reception, triage, and patient inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office or front desk role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to verify insurance and schedule appointments.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient communications and recalls.
• Respond to billing inquiries and verify insurance information.
• Prepare patient charts prior to appointments and at arrival.
• Process payments, file claims, and enter data into the EHR system.
• Balance cash drawer and process daily deposits.
• Maintain a safe and clean office environment.
