Eye Center of north Florida, part of EyeSouth Partners, is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming first contact for patients and visitors. You will handle check-in/out, schedule management, insurance verification, and data entry while upholding patient confidentiality.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and medical office experience; Nextech/ICP familiarity is preferred. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Nextech/ICP experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ year medical office experience preferred.
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify appointment details.
• Collect documentation (ID, insurance cards) and schedule visits.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Collect co-pays and document financial responsibilities.
• Enter data accurately in practice management system.
• Assist with chart prep and medical record requests.
• Answer phones and relay messages; maintain patient confidentiality.
• Support front desk team in onboarding and training.
