Gritman Medical Center's Therapy Solutions Clinic is seeking a Patient Services Representative I to join the team as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will perform front-office tasks, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and coordination of clinic operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer systems and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism in person and over the phone.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Accurately register patients, collect insurance and demographic information, and schedule appointments.
• Monitor call queues and patient wait times for timely service.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Collect co-pays, balances, and reconcile daily deposits and cash drawers.
• Assist with portal registration, paperwork, and medical record requests.
• Respond to patient questions with empathy and attention to detail.
• Utilize Athena/Phreesia systems and support workflow improvements.
• Participate in team huddles and collaborate to support clinic operations.
