Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of experience as a Patient Service Rep in an outpatient medical office setting preferred.
• Experience with patient registration, scheduling, and co-payment collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through intake and resolution of calls for a multi-specialty team.
• Greet patients and help resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Check-in/out patients, collect co-payments, and verify demographic/insurance data in CS-Link.
• Schedule appointments, register patients, and manage payments with a high standard of service.
• Assist with physician scheduling and handle patient/provider correspondence as instructed.
• Process referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
