Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of experience as a Patient Service Rep in outpatient medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service through intake, prioritizing, and resolution of calls and patient needs for a multi-specialty team.
• Greets patients and assists with resolving patient issues.
• Check-in and out patients and collect co-payments, verify demographics and insurance data in CS-Link.
• Schedules appointments, completes patient registration, collects payments and provides a high standard of patient service.
• Assists with management of physician schedules and handles referrals and authorizations.
• Promotes infection prevention standards and participates in daily huddles and staff meetings.
