Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
Two years of experience as a Patient Service Rep in outpatient medical settings preferred.
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Provides outstanding customer service through patient intake, prioritization, and resolution of calls for a multi-specialty team.
Greet patients and assist with resolving patient issues.
Check-in and out patients and collect co-payments, verify demographics and insurance data in CS-Link.
Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, collect payments, and provide high standard of service.
Assist with physician schedules, patient/provider correspondence, and referrals/authorizations.
Monitor and improve patient care flow and CS-Link message pools.
