Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service through intake, prioritizing, and resolution of calls and patient needs for a multi-specialty team.
• Greets patients and assists with resolving patient issues.
• Check-in and out patients and collect co-payments and reconcile payments; verifies patient demographics and insurance data in CS-Link.
• Schedules appointments and completes patient registration; collects payments.
• Assists with management of physician schedules and patient-provider correspondence.
• Processes and tracks referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
