Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Check in/out patients using the patient management system.
• Obtain authorizations as needed for services.
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls.
• Explain forms and ensure proper completion of paperwork.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and forms.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Assist in daily administrative functions with center leadership.
