Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Centerville clinic. You will manage patient check-in, verify insurance, and handle a multi-line phone system while maintaining accurate records and processing payments.

You’ll support scheduling, front-desk operations, and cosmetic product sales, contributing to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced dermatology setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer functions and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing clinic duties.
• Greets patients, checks in for appointments and verifies insurance.
• Scans documents into electronic health record.
• Maintains waiting area and reception counter tidiness.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and manages no-shows.
• Responds to tasks in the EHR and orders clinic supplies.
• Sells and tracks cosmetic products and handles mail.
