The candidate will manage registrations, insurance verification, and scheduling while ensuring high-quality patient service and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a timely and friendly manner.
• Complete forms for electronic health records and billing.
• Maintain patient demographics and insurance information; verify eligibility and collect co-pays.
• Facilitate patient flow by processing arrivals at the front desk.
• Answer inquiries about registration or billing; refer medical questions to staff as needed.
• Schedule patients with appropriate physicians and document in the EHR.
• Perform scanning and other duties as assigned.
