Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide exceptional front-desk support, patient registration, and insurance verification. You will interact with patients and clinic staff, maintain records, and ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical front desk or patient registration is preferred.
• Basic computing skills and familiarity with common software used in clinics.

Responsabilités

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with professional courtesy.
• Collect and input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information; explain co-pays and coverage.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with providers and insurance plans.
• Answer calls with patient-centered service and support clinic staff as needed.
• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
