VillageMD in Bend, OR is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records across multiple applications. The position requires strong English communication, basic computer skills, and familiarity with EHR and practice management systems.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate/GED required.
• Vocational / Technical School / Diploma preferred.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets visitors, patients, and families in a friendly professional manner.
• Communicates proactively with co-workers, physicians and patients regarding registration information.
• Reconciles daily payments and posts payments accurately.
• Schedules appointments & diagnostic tests following department guidelines.
• Operates across multiple applications to ensure efficient patient flow.
