Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain efficient patient flow during registration.
• Answer phones, take messages and direct calls as needed.
• Update patient information in the EHR and reflect accurate PCP assignments.
• Schedule appointments and manage reminders per department guidelines.
• Process insurance verifications and patient payments; reconcile daily collections.
• Coordinate referrals, pre-authorizations, and lab/test orders.
