VillageMD is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk/PSR to greet patients, register visits, and manage appointments across multiple clinics. You will handle payments, verify insurance, and assist with medical office workflows to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in PSR or medical front-office is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
• Knowledge of medical office terminology and basic computer skills are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet visitors and patients professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain efficient patient flow during registration and provide excellent service.
• Answer phones promptly and route calls correctly with proper etiquette.
• Inform patients of schedule delays and assist with patient comfort.
• Process self-pay charges, collect payments, and reconcile daily payments.
