Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments on multiple telephone lines.
• Check in patients for appointments and check out patients at the end of appointments.
• Greet and assist patients and other customers professionally.
• Ensure timely delivery of patient services.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment; provide excellent customer service.
• Verify patient insurance.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
