Responsibilities

• Complete all functions of patient admission and check out
• Explain payment plan arrangements with patients
• Collecting copayments and balances
• Schedule appointments to accommodate physicians across multiple offices
• Provide front desk coverage across any Southside office location as needed by supervisor/ upper management
• Regular and predictable attendance
