Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.

• Ability to protect PHI and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients, and register them in the system.
• Schedule appointments, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect forms, IDs, and signatures; explain billing and financial assistance.
• Process payments and educate patients on financial options.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and stay compliant with policies.
