Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and guests; check in/out and confirm identity.
• Update patient demographic and insurance information as needed.
• Collect co-pays and process payments.
• Post payments and perform end-of-day cash handling.
• Keep waiting areas clean and comfortable.
• Inform patients of delays or changes in appointment times.
• Schedule appointments as necessary.
• May float to other clinics as needed.
