Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service position.
• Preferred: experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred: working knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and guests, check them in and out, and confirm identity.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information as needed.
• Collect co-payments and payments; post payments and balance any daily cash.
• Schedule appointments and inform patients of delays or changes.
• Maintain waiting areas and provide exemplary customer service.
