Community Care Partners is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, check them in, and help with registrations and records. The role involves handling copays, balancing cash, and communicating patient needs to clinical staff. A high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience are required.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, professional phone etiquette, and welcoming patients from diverse backgrounds in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, supportive manner.
• Check patients in for appointments and scan documents into charts.
• Assist with registration forms and distribute medical records.
• Collect and post copayments and outstanding balances; balance cash drawer daily.
• Inform patients of care costs and collect required fees.
• Assess walk-in traffic for potential emergencies.
• Communicate patient needs to clinical staff.
• Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
