Job summary

Community Care Partners is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide friendly front-desk support, manage patient check-ins, and assist with registrations in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes clear communication, handling copays, and coordinating with clinical staff while maintaining confidentiality and delivering quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with people from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, supportive manner.
• Check patients in for appointments and scan documents into charts.
• Assist with registration forms and distribute medical records.
• Collect and post copayments and outstanding balances; balance cash drawer daily.
• Inform patients of care costs and collect required fees.
• Assess walk-in traffic for potential emergencies.
• Communicate patient needs to clinical staff.
• Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
