Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is seeking a patient-focused PSR to support front desk operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You will assist with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, can multitask between phones, scheduling, and patient interaction, and is comfortable with EMR systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service.
• Experience in medical front desk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally in person and over the phone.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/balances.
• Schedule appointments within the EMR system and document visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support front desk workflows.
• Answer questions on scheduling, billing, referrals, and treatments.
