Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years related experience in a healthcare setting, with extensive knowledge of administrative practices including using EPIC for scheduling, patient records, and billing.
• Extensive knowledge of ambulatory care practices.
• Experience as an administrative lead overseeing front office administration.
• Experience with time-keeping and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and provides leadership and training for all front-end duties such as reception, call center, referral and authorizations and other advanced administrative duties.
• Serves as a resource for the entire department and initiates improvement efforts with the Clinic Manager.
• Performs related duties as assigned and coaches junior staff.
• Oversees junior counterparts and ensures efficient front-end operations.
