The role provides guidance to junior staff, coordinates with Practice Supervisor to improve workflows, and ensures accurate payer codes to support revenue integrity across five departments. Experience in ambulatory care and Epic is required.

Qualifikationen

• Four or more years of healthcare front-office experience.
• Experience using Epic EHR for scheduling, patient records and billing.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a large, complex healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word, including creating and interpreting graphs.
• Extensive knowledge of ambulatory care practices.
• Experience in Primary Care, Sports Medicine, Psychiatry, Express Care, and OB/GYN.
