Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check in/out and to provide a best‑in‑class patient experience. You will learn about insurance options, confirm appointments, and assist with outreach in collaboration with doctors.

Training and tools are provided to learn the vision care industry. The role reports to the Office General Manager, with some weekend and evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best in class service
• Friendly, patient‑centric and team oriented with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options during check in/out
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments and support office staff
• Cross train to other office support roles as needed
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
