You will verify insurance options, confirm appointments, handle calls, greet patients, and support office staff. Weekend and evening shifts are required, and you will collaborate with doctors to ensure a seamless patient flow.

• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized check in/out process experience.
