Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk duties, check-in/out, and patient interactions at our Ohio clinic. Training will be provided; some weekend/evening shifts are required.

You will support appointment confirmations and patient outreach, handling multiple phone lines and coordinating with the care team. This role emphasizes friendly, patient-centric service, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best-in-class service.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely, seamless, and positive.
• Become a subject matter expert in insurance plans to educate patients during check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and assist staff duties.
• Cross-train to other office support roles such as Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide a seamless patient experience.
