Responsibilities

• Coordinate front desk check-in/check-out to ensure a timely, seamless patient experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options at check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles such as Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide a seamless patient experience.
