Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive, seamless experience by managing front desk operations and workflows.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and customer service skills, data entry and basic computer abilities, and a commitment to patient privacy. Training in Clinic Core Front Desk procedures is provided after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff.
• Proficiency in data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service; empathetic and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure.
• Adaptable and able to handle pressure with professionalism.
• Attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
