Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is part of Advocate Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems, serving Wisconsin and Illinois. We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to support providers and patients with appointments, tests, and billing inquiries in a compassionate ambulatory care setting.

This role requires a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience, with strong communication and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 1 year of customer service experience including patient scheduling, registration and clinic reception.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to assist staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Patient Services: provides efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or requesting information on tests, procedures, bills or referrals.
• Billing Services: ensures entry of billing information at time of service and follows up on missing information.
• Medical Record Services: upholds standards for accurate and timely medical records.
