Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is part of Advocate Health, a national nonprofit health system. We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to support providers, connect with patients, and ensure a compassionate, seamless experience in a busy orthopedic clinic in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities include patient services, billing data entry, and medical records management. Must have strong customer service skills, healthcare clerical experience preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling difficult callers/patients in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Previous clerical experience in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patient Services: Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or requesting appointments or information.
• Billing Services: Ensures entry of billing information at time of service and follows up on missing information.
• Medical Record Services: Maintains standards for accurate and timely medical records.
