Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and assist with appointment scheduling and check-out.
• Answer billing inquiries and manage payments as part of front-desk duties.
• Verify demographics and insurance information and prepare end-of-day reporting.
• Schedule and confirm appointments in person or by phone; enter insurance data.
• Initiate and validate referrals/authorizations as needed.
• Provide proactive customer service and escalate to leadership when necessary.
