Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, gather information, assign Medical Record Number, schedule appointments, collect payments at point of service.
• Respond to billing and payment inquiries from patients.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes including ID verification and updating patient demographics.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and enter insurance details; initiate referrals/authorizations.
• Provide proactive customer service and escalate to leadership when needed.
