Job summary

Solis Mammography in Denver, CO is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, collect demographic and insurance information, register visits accurately in our RIS, and help maintain a smooth, welcoming center flow while delivering compassionate service.

This full-time position offers 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with an hourly wage of $19.00 to $23.00 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic cash handling knowledge.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and register them with accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Explain forms and assist with completion, using paper or tablet.
• Collect patient payments and explain benefits as needed.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; manage daily invoices and reconcile payments.
• Maintain confidentiality and support front-office procedures.
