Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related healthcare administrative experience.
• Preferred: experience with insurance verification and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and reps professionally.
• Verify and update demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule visits, labs, radiology, and referrals.
• Respond to calls and emails about scheduling.
• Send reminders or rescheduling letters.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient-first approach.
• Collaborate with care team and referrals.
• Provide coverage for peers when needed.
