The Cancer & Hematology Centers are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support clinic teams and ensure smooth patient flow. You will schedule follow-ups, coordinate referrals, manage no-shows, and handle calls with care and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year in an outpatient healthcare setting. You will maintain patient records in our EMR system and collaborate with clinicians to deliver efficient, compassionate care close to home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred one year experience in outpatient physician practice or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule routine follow-up and treatment appointments.
• Manage external referrals and consults.
• Handle no-shows and reschedule patients on bump lists.
• Maintain patient electronic medical records and ensure accuracy.
