• Schedule appointments and procedures accurately while obtaining and verifying all required information (insurance authorizations, eligibility, prescriptions, test results, and patient demographics).
• Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality in accordance with policies and procedures; support seamless coordination of care through clear, respectful communication.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
