Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient schedules for outpatient services to maximize satisfaction.
• Handle preregistration and communicate requirements to patients and staff.
• Create estimates of patient financial responsibility and collect co-insurance and deductibles.
• Ensure scheduling accuracy per department standards.
