Qualifications

• Excellent communication and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and be the first point of contact for patients and callers.
• Schedule appointments and procedures accurately while collecting and verifying required information.
• Verify insurance authorizations, eligibility, prescriptions, blood test results and patient demographics.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support seamless care coordination with clear, respectful communication.
