Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments following established templates.
• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolve issues by clarifying and researching solutions, escalating as needed.
• Maintain interaction records in EMR for tracking.
• Serve as the central link between patients, medical staff and the public.
• Operate computer and IT equipment properly.
• Keep equipment operational by following procedures and reporting malfunctions.
