Job summary

ROMTech in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will coordinate patient scheduling, manage daily logistics, and ensure timely deliveries and pickups, acting as the main liaison between patients, 3PL partners, warehouses, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Qualifications

Experience in administrative support, customer service, scheduling, coordination, or a related operational role.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple scheduling priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Experience using ERP or data-entry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage patients using approved scripting and scheduling workflows.
Coordinate patient deliveries and pickups with 3PL providers.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 3PL partners regarding scheduling and logistics.
Resolve scheduling conflicts, service issues, and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with regional logistics and warehouse teams to support efficient execution.
Schedule internal staff based on location, needs, and workload.
