ROMTech is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Clearwater, FL to be the primary contact for patients, clinics, and internal teams. You will handle order inquiries, service requests, and account coordination while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes education on ROMTech products, timely communication, and collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Billing, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Formación

• Minimum two years in customer service, call center, dispatching, or related role.
• Experience with healthcare or medical devices is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for patients, clinics, and internal teams regarding orders and service requests.
• Educate patients on ROMTech products, usage expectations, and delivery timelines.
• Manage high-volume calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and accuracy.
• Document interactions and account activity in CRM/EMR systems.
• Monitor open orders and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
