Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the registration and scheduling process for patients.
• Communicates with registration and ancillary departments to ensure accurate capture and throughput of outpatient appointments.
• Schedules patient appointments for ancillary departments and ensures information is recorded.
• Notifies physician offices of possible non-covered appointments.
• Facilitates precertification delivery for outpatient clinics.
