Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the First Friendly Face: Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Manage Patient Flow: Help keep the clinic running smoothly by managing the flow of patients, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and check-ins.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Ensure all patient demographic and financial information is entered accurately in our system.
• Communication Pro: Answer all phone calls, respond to patient requests, and explain health benefits and financial obligations clearly.
• Be the Scheduling Guru: Take charge of the clinic schedule, ensuring it's effective, organized, and optimized for the best patient experience.
