Responsibilities

• Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, procedures, tests and surgeries.
• Provide department reception and telephone coverage; assist with patient check-in.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, manage referral/work queues and chart prep.
• Maintain schedules, prepare training materials, and support billing/records as needed.
