The role emphasizes excellent customer service, data accuracy, and use of Epic and other digital tools. Shifts include day and evening hours with occasional weekend rotation in a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or health care setting.
• Able to handle scheduling and phone inquiries with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access to systemwide services and scheduling.
• Assist patients, clinicians, and public with health care access and navigation.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems for scheduling and registration.
• Support discharge or specialty scheduling and manage work queues as needed.
