Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage complex scheduling for patients, procedures and tests while ensuring compliance.
• Greet patients, assist with forms, and resolve conflicts to maintain access flow.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and patients to secure pre-certifications and insurance information.
• Update EMR with accurate patient data and ensure privacy compliance.
