Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of scheduling experience.
• At least 1 year in general office administration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing for all patient care.
• Coordinate and schedule patient care across clinical areas.
• Contact patients and clinicians to schedule deliveries and visits.
• Interpret physician orders and schedule accordingly.
• Run reports in required platforms.
• Coordinate scheduling needs with staffing availability.
• Ensure management is aware of staffing needs.
• Handle patient complaints or issues to appropriate department.
• Safeguard confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Other duties as assigned.
