Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinical staff to visit patients in coordination with nursing and pharmacy.
• Coordinate patient appointments and confirm deliveries/visits.
• Interpret physician orders and schedule accordingly.
• Run reports in required platforms and communicate scheduling needs.
• Protect patient confidentiality per policy.
